Do I need to categorize entries or add tags?
No. Vetis automatically extracts events, tasks, spending, health, ideas, decisions, and notes in the background. There are no folders, tags, categories, or projects for you to manage.
How is this different from a classic diary app?
Classic diaries ask you to write complete entries and organize them yourself. Vetis accepts any fragment, guides only when it adds value, structures life data invisibly, and auto-generates journals and insights from what you leave behind.
How do daily journals and reviews appear?
They are auto-maintained by the Insight layer—no Generate button. Moments shows daily journals by date; weekly, monthly, and yearly reviews plus finance and health dashboards update as you capture more.
What can I capture?
Text, voice, and photos today—all through one capture pipeline. A single line, an emoji, or a quick photo is enough to start. You never choose where to file it.
What if AI can’t classify something?
It is saved as a Note. Raw text is never discarded. As models improve, older notes can be re-structured without losing the original.
Will my raw journal train public models?
Design goal: no. Identifiable content stays under your control; any cloud inference uses de-identified payloads you explicitly allow. Final terms ship with the product and privacy notice.

What are Credits and when are they used?
Credits pay for Vetis-hosted cloud AI. You are charged only after a successful response. Bring-your-own-model inference does not use Credits. Current usage details are shown in the app.
Why AI Credits?
Cloud AI has real compute cost. Credits let you pay only for what you use—200 free per month for everyone, with optional packs when you need more.
Does AI read my data?
When you use cloud AI, payloads are de-identified first—names become tokens, and raw journal text is not stored on our servers as a content database. Your device remains the source of truth. You control when cloud AI is used.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Your data is always yours. Export is available in the app; see our Privacy Policy for retention and deletion details.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel your subscription at any time. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee. Details will appear in our Terms of Service when published; until then, contact us and see our Privacy Policy.
Can I keep the data I create on the Free plan?
Yes. What you capture stays tied to your account whether you subscribe for more Credits or use your own AI models. If you delete your account, data is removed according to our retention policy in the Privacy Policy.
